All orders are shipped priority with confirmation delivery. All orders over $100 come with signature delivery meaning you will need to sign for the package.All orders are sent out within 24-72 hours of payment. Most orders take about a week to get. We do guarantee our knives. if you have any problems with them just let us know and we will fix the problem.our knives are brand new not refurbished or used. there is a 25% restocking fee for all non defective returns . for defective knife returns,your knives must be put back in the mail within 5 days from when the knife was recieved with the invoice. we do not ship internationaly and we don't ship to kansas. We do ship to the other 49 states.

If you send a money order, personal check or cash please make sure you print off the invoice form and include what items you ordered in with payment. All orders must be shipped to the billing address provided on the credit card.


We DO NOT under any circumstances, accept merchandise returned without ORIGINAL PACKAGING if merchandise was shipped with retail packaging. This deems merchandise NON RESALEABLE. We expect merchandise to be sent back in the EXACT CONDITION it was received in. You have 5 business days from the date the merchandise was received to put it back into the mail and ship your item back with invoice # and day you ordered it. We are fully aware of all dates and times merchandise is received by purchaser. there is no need to call us or email us if you have a defective knife , you can simply send it back for a new one as long as it is within the terms and conditions.
